Ingredients
To marinate
l 700 grams Chicken - cleaned and cut to required size
l 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
l 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
l 1 teaspoon Salt
l 1 cup coconut milk
To grind
l 1 inch Ginger
l 6 cloves Garlic
l 1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
l 4 Cloves (Laung)
l 1 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
l 2 teaspoon Poppy seeds
l 2 tablespoons Dry coconut (kopra)
l 1/4 cup Hot water for grinding
To season
l 2 tablespoons Mustard Oil
l 1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
l 3 Cloves (Laung)
l 1 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
l 1 Bay leaf (tez patta)
Other ingredients
l 3 Onion - finely chopped
l 2 Green Chilies - finely chopped
l 1 sprig Curry leaves
l 1 teaspoons Red Chilli powder - (As per your spice levels)
l 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
l Salt as per taste
l 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
l 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
Preparation -
Steps before arrangement of Andhra Chicken curry
l Assume a bowl and position the washed chicken pieces (700 grams). Put a quarter cup of Coconut Milk, 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder and one and a half teaspoon of Red Bean stew powder.
l At that point add salt according to taste and marinate chicken with all the flavors. Allow it to rest for thirty minutes.
l Spot a griddle on the oven and turn on the gas. Put 2 tablespoons of Coriander seeds and 2 teaspoons of Cumin seeds.
